How to create a video

First of all, we make it as easy as possible for you. After all, you're an expert in YOUR field, but chances are you don't know a lot about the process of creating a video.

We can't begin to cover everything here, but there are three basic phases of producting your high quality video.

PRE PRODUCTION

This is probably the most important part of your video. Your initial ideas take shape here. What do you want to say? How are you going to use this video? What do you want your audience to do after watching? What emotions do you want them to have?
We also will discuss your timeline, and how long you plan to use the video. What's your budget? List things that must be included, list things that would be nice to include. We'll work to stay within your price range by knowing this information before we start.

PRODUCTION

Once we have the basics, we'll prepare a storyboard and script for you to look at. Makings changes to the paperwork is much easier than trying to change something after we've already shot video. The storyboard is the master plan that lists all the elements of your program. It's the roadmap for everyone to know exactly what is going to happen. It's important to make changes and get approvals now. Changing things down the road can be expensive. After approval of the storyboard and script, we go to work shooting your video. If we're on-location, it's important to let all of the interested parties know in advance of our presence.

That includes everyone who may appear in the background, on camera, even your security people. Video production is just like movie production...it's typically shot out of order. The magic happens in post production when we piece everything together. If non-professional people are going to be featured, they should be briefed on what will be required of them before shooting day. Some video may come from our own stock footage. By using these video clips, rather than extend the time spent on-location, you save money.

POST PRODUCTION

This is where the pieces are put together for your final video production. The best shots are selected and put into the correct order. The narration is recorded, and music and graphics are added as a final touch.Once complete, you'll have the opportunity to preview the video and suggest changes. Keep in mind that Our Production Studio

can offer low prices because we work carefully and quickly. If significant changes are made to the video mix, the price may increase to reflect the extra time involved.Your final video is available to be delivered in a variety of formats.
